BEHIND THE PROCESS:

TILT

POSSIBILITIES OF CONCEPTS

To understand how we behave, we initially did a self study to observed movement patterns.

I. Watering
II. Soap
III. Rinsing
IV. Drying

From this phase, sketches of different concepts evolved.

MOVEMENT REGISTRATION

Finding suitable positions while focussing on the movement, we found out that it’s not about the various steps of the cleaning act, rather about the body posture.

While kneeling, we have an upright posture that straightens our back.

In many cultures, kneeling also implies an act of respect towards what’s in front of you.
